Waveney Youth Rover the moon!
In their first game for three weeks due to the recent bad weather, Waveney took a fifth minute lead when Craig Gaston ran on to a Kyle Jackson through ball to beat the keeper.
The lead was increased to 2-0 when Kyle Jackson fired home from the edge of the box and then Ryan Corrigan, on the left, beat the full back and fired home to make it 3-0 on 20 minutes.

The lead was extended to four just before the break when Gaston again got away from his marker and fired into the bottom corner of the net.
Waveney began the second half where they left off, playing with confidence and composure, and Jackson broke through from midfield to make it 5-0 and then on 50 minutes, he completed his hat-trick with a thunderbolt strike from outside the area.
Antrim pulled two goals back in the closing stages but that did not detract from an important three points for Waveney in the quest to maintain their excellent league position in their first season of competitive football.
