Mayor’s reception for town’s ‘karate kids’

Mayor of Ballymena, Councillor Audrey Wales, recently hosted a reception for five of Ballymena’s budding ‘karate kids’.

Seven Towers Karate Club members Dylan Magill, Odhran Devlin, Jack Donnelly, Jamie Surgeoner and Dylan Young all recently earned their Shodan-Ko 1st Dan Black Belts from examiner Mr. Iain Abernethy, 5th Dan BCA.

Also present at the reception in the Braid were club coaches Steven Surgeoner and Dan Redmond (Chief Instructor).
