Mini Soccer League finishes for the summer

For the past few months 55 teams played in six different age groups in what was a record for the competition which was formed in the year 2000 and took the competition to a new level.

The league which has for most of its life been supported by McDonalds Restaurant is also supported by the Irish Football Association and is a recognised Games Development Centre.

The league organisers would wish to thank the staff at Ballymena Showgrounds for their assistance, local press, referees and all the competiting teams for making the event a continued success.

Already all the teams who took part are looking forward to next seasons event and the introduction of the 3g playing surface for games has been an undoubted success.
