Fit N Running had 3 athletes in action on Saturday as Larne Athletic Club hosted the Larne Half Marathon on Saturday morning.
Perfect conditions greeted the 1607 athletes who completed the picturesque costal course.
Pauline Thom continued her fine form with a 4th place finish in the Ladies open with an impressive time of 1hr 26mins 37secs.
Colin Apperley produced a Personal Best as half marathon debutant Conor Shiels matched him stride for stride over the first 12 miles.
A late surge saw Conor break away to finish in 1hr 24mins 50secs in 58th place with Colin 62nd in a new best of 1hr 25mins 50secs.
Fit N Running host a number of weekly sessions to suit all standards and times are as follows:
Monday 615pm Recreational Run
Wednesday 615pm Conditioning Circuit class.
Thursday 430pm Elite Development squad training.
Thursday 630pm Flexibility Class
There is also an adfitional session on Saturday morning for the advanced group.
All these sessions are from the Michelin Athletic Club on the Woodside Road in Ballymena.
