In the Weekly Sweep held at Galgorm Castle Golf Club Aaron Gault (25) and John McFarland (21) were one point ahead of Colin Orr (18) after the front nine.
Ian Manson (20) and Eric Boyce (25) were a further two points back.
Through the Maple McFarland was a point ahead of Gault (‘ding’ at the Fort) followed by Orr and Manson a further point behind. Boyce was another point down.
Approaching the Lowlands Gault after a run of par, bogey, bogey had taken a one point lead over McFarland (three bogeys) who was joined by Orr )par, par, bogey). Manson (three bogeys) and Boyce (par, bogey, double bogey) were another two points behind.
Gault finished par, double bogey to win Overall by four points from Orr and McFarland who ran into double bogey trouble and Manson (two bogeys) who finished together.
Manson with a better back nine finished Overall second and Orr with a better back nine was Overall third.
McFarland finished in Overall fourth place. Boyce (bogey, ‘ding’) was another point behind and took the Seniors prize.
The Gross prize was won by Steven Penney.
