Having more or less made the top award their own, the Ashbourne based team slipped to fourth place, 15 laps behind the winners of the Modified 90 class.

The overall winners were Driving Miss Daisy, who competed in the 50-80cc class. Featuring former British title holder Charlie Corner, who incidentally, set the fastest lap of the day at 1:24.1, the English based team, with 153 laps completed, were 2 laps ahead of the top 90cc Modified class winners, Yellow Peril.

As I said, the Driving Miss Daisy team were the overall winners, on 153 laps. Second in this class was the Bike Insurer team. Run by Phil Wilding, they were 16 laps adrift of the race winners, while Team Cider took third place, just a couple of laps back. Knee Down Racing took the overall win in the 90cc Standard category. They done 143 laps, while the second placed Galloping Geezers were only three laps behind. The Slutty Clowns finished in third place in this class on 137 laps.

This fun event continues to grow and with quite a few teams now coming from across the water.
