Promotional night for Mid-Antrim 150 in Ballymoney this Wednesday
Last year’s race had to be cancelled, on safety grounds, because of a deliberate oil spillage on a section of the course.
This cancellation resulted in a major financial loss for the club but the members are determined to bounce back from this setback and with the support of sponsors, competitors and the hard working club members it is all systems go for the 2012 Mid Antrim 150

Hide AdWith this in mind, Mid Antrim Club Members will be in attendance to give details of this year’s event and will also have a range of promotional material and items for sale from badges to club jackets.
With preparations well under way and the course in good condition we now have the task of ensuring a top class entry makes its way to Clough.
Entry forms are now in circulation and these and further information on the Event, Races and Parade Lap are available from the clubs website “www.midantrim150.com” or by contacting Derek McWhirter, Race Secretary at 07812204382.
The club wish to thank Ballymena Borough Council for their financial help, support and advice and its valued sponsors.

Hide AdA spokesman said: “There are still further opportunities of sponsorship and support available so we would kindly encourage anyone to help the club in any way they can.
!We have introduced a Peoples Race where we intend attracting a number of combined sponsors consisting of supporters of the race who wish to make a donation to the event. Peoples Race and our sponsor a bale forms will be available at the Promotion Night or from any Mid Antrim Club Committee member,” the spokesman added.
