Team and individual success for McAnally at Festival of Pool

Pat McAnally won the first major piece of individual silverware as the Ballymena Festival of Pool got into gear last week.

The Connolly’s player emerged victorious from a field of 36 players to win the sought-after silverware at the Michelin Athletic Club.

McAnally and his team-mates were also celebrating team success after winning the Knockout Cup, beating Towers Tavern in the final.

Michelin Masters won the Shield subsidary competition for teams eliminated in the first round of the cup, beating Coach in the final.
