Cullybackey Development Association and Ballymena Borough Council will jointly host a Family Fun Day to celebrate American Independence Day at Arthur Cottage, Dreen Road, Cullybackey on Friday 4 July from 12 - 8pm.

There will be something for everyone and for all ages. Local musicians will be providing live traditional music with story tellers, Irish dancers, line dancers and cheerleaders providing entertainment.

Fun will take the form of donkey rides, children’s treasure hunt, best dressed cowboy/cowgirl, bran tub, tombola, face and nail painting, photo booth, horse shoe and wellie boot throwing, sand painting, name the hog, raffle and much more!

Normal admission rates will apply and this will include tasters of soda bread and pancakes baked on the premises. In addition, beef burgers BBQ’d on site will be on sale along with refreshments, Johnny’s Cool Ice-cream and popcorn.

A free courtesy bus will be available from Cunningham Church Car Park to Arthur Cottage so come along and join in the fun.
