When anyone establishes a prepaid funeral with Funeral Planning Services they are also asked to complete a survey questionnaire. These then are used to access how “good” the funeral director has been at explaining how a pre-paid funeral works.

“Obviously we are doing something right, the feedback given has been simply fantastic and we are humbled by the public’s words of kindness,” said Ian Milne.
