Research talk on WWI servicemen’s graves

The next meeting on February 26 of the Ballymena branch of the North of Ireland Family History Society will feature a talk on WWI servicemen’s graves in the Ballymena & Antrim areas.

Delivered by Nigel Henderson, it will be the second talk in two months illustrating sources which could ultimately result in finding out about your ancestors who may have served in the Great War.

This time round, Nigel will take his audience on a pictorial journey around the two boroughs, visiting graveyards where such servicemen have been interred or commemorated including sites at Ahoghill, Ballymena, Crebilly, Kells & Connor, Kirkinriola, Newtowncrommelin, Portglenone and more.
