‘Breast Action Day’ at Gordons Chemists

Fiona McQuillan from Gordons Chemists, Joanna Currie from Action Cancer and local Action Cancer ambassador Nicola Porter, are urging women to come for forward and book their potentially lifesaving screening with Action Cancer.

This is the focus day for ladies to sign up for a breast screening with leading local cancer charity, Action Cancer.

The initiative is part of Gordons Chemists sponsorship of Action Cancer’s Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign entitled ‘Screening Saves Lives’.

Many Gordons Chemists will be using this day to dress their store and staff in pink to celebrate the fact that early detection saves lives.

You can support the campaign by buying a pink ribbon, a raffle ticket for a brand new smart forfour or simply by making a donation in store.
