Church events round-up

Members of Connor Presbyterian Church, for instance, are holding their annual Holiday Bible Club from Monday to Friday, August 11-15, at 7-9pm.

The theme is Brave Adventurers and all children of school age up to 12 years are welcome.

Meanwhile, in Ballymena, the annual Spark outreach is just around the corner and members of the Doury Road team are planning a Tea Dance on Thursday, August 6, in High Kirk Presbyterian Church from 2pm-4pm.

Also, at their Frys Road base, Ballymena Church of God will be running Music Workshops on August 5 and 12.

These will begin with half-hour workshops as an introduction to playing the tin whistle. You will need to bring a standard tin whistle in the key of D. Cost is just £1 per person. All welcome.
