No insurance allegation
James Hall, 27, from Edinburgh Drive in Cookstown, has appeared in court charged with having no car insurance.
He is alleged to have had no insurance policy for a Peugeot car at Moy Road near Dungannon on July 24th.
He is further charged with failure to produce insurance during the same alleged incident.
District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case for the defendant’s attitude to the charges on November 16th.
Mr Coilin Donnelly appeared at Dungannon Magistrate’s Court on the defendant’s behalf.
