Teenager due in court
An 18-year-old male has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking, causing damage to a vehicle, going equipped for theft, theft and burglary.
He is expected to appear before Londonderry Magistrates Court today, Monday, May 12.
It is understood the charges relate to the arrest of an 18-year-old male after a car was found on fire in the in the Ringfort Road area of the City early on Saturday morning, May 10.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
