Excitement builds ahead of Antrim Town Christmas lights switch on ceremony

Antrim Town is set to hold their very own Christmas lights switch on ceremony this week - complete with festive fireworks.

The action kicks off in Market Square with musical entertainment hosted by Sonya Mac from Q Radio, who will entertain with hits both old and new.

Of course the evening wouldn’t be complete without a visit from Santa who will make his grand entrance with Snow White at 7pm.

One of the highlights is sure to be the special children’s prize draw with great prizes to be won, including a WowWee Chip Interactive Robot Dog.

If you haven’t already got your prize draw slip, they are available from the Old Courthouse and can also be picked up at the event.

A spectacular fireworks display at 7.30pm will round off what will undoubtedly be a perfect festive evening.

The Christmas event, organised in conjunction with Castle Mall, will be held on Thursday, November 24 from 5.30pm and promises to kickstart the festive season with family-friendly fun and entetainment.
