Man facing dangerous driving charges after cop suffers broken leg at Twelfth parade
He is due to appear in Dungannon Magistrates Court on August 5.
It is understood the man suffered a broken leg during the alleged incident, and that his marked the only injury to a police officer on ‘one of the most successful Twelfths in recent years’.

Hide AdFollowing the parades, PSNI Assistant Chief Constable Stephen Martin praised the day’s events.
“I am pleased today’s (Tuesday) Twelfth parades passed off largely successfully following months of preparation by the Police Service of Northern Ireland, together with many groups and partners,” he said.
“Regrettably one officer suffered injuries when he was knocked down by a vehicle in Coagh and I wish him a speedy recovery.
“However, this one injury is in stark contrast to the number of officers injured on the Twelfth in recent years.
“This has been one of the most successful Twelfths in recent years.”
