Man had to be handcuffed
He was Mark Peter McCusker, of Garrymore, Craigavon, and he was fined 75 for disorderly behaviour on December 7 last year.
As well he was fined 75 for possession of cannabis resin and 50 for criminal damage to a police cell.

Hide AdThe court heard that at 1.45am police were called to an address in Drumgor Heights where the occupier wanted the defendant removed.
McCusker became violent and lunged towards the occupier. He had to be restrained and handcuffed.
Outside he was abusive to the police. He was warned about his behaviour but continued and was arrested. In the police car he lunged at the driver.
In the custody suite he was searched and a small quantity of cannabis was found in his pocket. He was placed in a cell and urinated in the cell.

Hide AdThe next day he said he could not remember anything and said he did not know how the cannabis got into his pocket.
Mr Conor Downey, representing the defendant, said McCusker had been out socialising and returned to a friend’s house.
He added that there was an argument and police were called. The defendant was asked to leave and he lost control of himself completely.
Mr Downey said McCusker was totally ashamed of his behaviour.
