Moyle Council puts Ballycastle street parking in spotlight

MOYLE Council has asked Roads Service and the Housing Executive to look at parking issues in areas of Ballycastle like Glentaisie Drive and Mayo Drive.

Councillors wee told Glentaisie was built in the 1950s and Mayo Drive in the 1970s but there is ‘inadequate parking’ for residents.

Points discussed by councillors included narrow streets and difficulty for emergency services getting through.
