NICFC Winter Woolly Walk

Local people are being urged to put their best foot forward at Antrim’s Castle Gardens where one of the many Winter Woolly Walks happening across the province will take place on March 1.

The annual Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children events are a chance for the whole family, groups of friends or even solo walkers to step out and raise funds for NICFC and the charity’s brand new Daisy Lodge therapeutic short break centre being built at the foothills of the Mourne Mountains.

Registration costs £5 per adult and children under 16 go free. Once you register you will receive a fundraising pack with further details on your chosen walk and sponsor forms. A minimum sponsorship of £50.00 is suggested per family. As an added incentive the first 600 participants to sign up will receive a free pair of yellow Winter Woolly Walk gloves.

Registration is from 10am with all walks starting at 10.30am. Register online at www.nicfc.com
