£115,000 Warren Gardens project
A £115,000 investment to resurface the footpath and carriageway at Warren Gardens has been announced.
Councillor Stephen Martin welcomed the move by Regional Development Minister Danny Kennedy.
The Councillor said, “Warren Gardens residents have been cursed for many years with a footpath not fit for purpose. People living in the area have rightly sought for such an improvement project to be progressed.
“While there will likely be temporary disruption as the works are carried out, the final result will make a valuable difference to the daily lives of local residents.”
