Samaritan’s abseil postponed -but firewalkers are still needed for fundraiser at ‘Big House’

DUE to unforeseen circumstances, the abseil in aid of Ballymena Samaritans has had to be postponed until February 2013 (date to be confirmed).

Samaritans would like to thank everyone who has agreed to transfer their support to the event in February and would like to encourage anyone else interested in getting sponsored to take part in the abseil to get in touch via e-mail to [email protected] or keep up to date with what is happening in the Ballymena branch by visiting the facebook page www.facebook.com/SamaritansBallymena

If you would be interested in taking part in another sponsored event please consider volunteering for the firewalk which Ballymena Samaritans will be hosting on Saturday 10 November at the “Big House” 147 Crankill Road in Ballymena. Contact [email protected] for more details.

A spokesperson said “It should be a great night and everyone is welcome whether you are doing the firewalk or not.”
