Pink ponchos saved the day for hundreds, if not thousands, of spectators who turned out in Ballymena to watch the Giro d’Italia last Saturday morning.
Despite a torrential downpour around 10am, the skies were brighter for the race itself.
Ballymena thoroughly embraced the atmosphere of the globally famous event.
