Suspended prison sentence for driving without insurance
Andrew Graham, Hillcrest Crescent, Craigavon, was sentenced to three months in prison, suspended for two years, fined £200, banned for four months.
He was also fined £100 for not having a vehicle test certificate and £90 for failing to produce his driving licence.

Hide AdThe court heard that he was stopped on the Eastway, Lurgan, and it was noticed his test certificate had expired.
He failed to produce his licence and checks revealed he was not insured.
His solicitor explained that the defendant’s licence had previously been revoked and on this occasion he was a provisional licence holder and this meant the insurance was not valid.
District Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, said Graham had quite a bad record.
