Talks over wind turbine refusal
Planners have agreed to hold an MLA meeting over a wind turbine application which they had scheduled for refusal.
On Thursday night a Ballymena Council committee successfully called on planners to hold the application of Janet Crawford to allow further talks to take place.
The Department had listed the proposal for a 225kw, 30m high wind turbine south west of 70 Collin Road, Moorfields, for refusal on a number of grounds including the potential for impact on noise and natural heritage.
