Timber is stolen from yard
POLICE are appealing for information following the theft of a quantity of timber from a yard in the area of Springvale Road, Craigavon.
The incident was reported on Wednesday, March 10, but is thought to have occurred possibly in the three or four day period prior to this. Around 40 planks of timber were removed, all in 18 feet lengths.
Police believe a large vehicle would have been needed to transport the material and are appealing for anyone who noticed any suspicious vehicles in the area of Springvale Road to contact them on 0845 600 8000; alternatively information about crime can be passed anonymously via the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
