Tune out Tinnitus at the Tower Centre
The charity working with hearing loss and hearing health is running the stand in the shopping centre between 10am – 4pm on the Tuesday, February 9, of Tinnitus Awareness Week
Volunteers will be available to provide information about tinnitus and discuss ways people can manage the condition such as using sound therapies, relaxation exercises and products which can help reduce stress or mask the sounds that are experienced.
