‘Work of hoodlums with nothing better to do’
Mayor of Lisburn, Margaret Tolerton has described the prepetrators behind the latest attack directed at Dunmurry Cricket Club as “hoodlums”.
Mayor Tolerton, who is a councillor for the Dunmurry Cross area, said that she aware the sport club had unfortunately been subject to attacks of criminal damage over the past few years.
“It’s absolutely disgraceful,” said the Mayor. “I condemn those those behind the incident. This is work of hoodlums who have nothing better to do.
“I appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact the police.”
