Graeme O’Hara was first home for the club in a superb 21:37, followed quickly by on-form Natasha Henderson in 21:59 (2 FO). Other times: Ruth Morrison (24:58), Claire Oliphant (25:09), Erin Montgomery (25:39), Rachel Lloyd (26:01) and Jane Kinnear (27:37).

The club was delighted to celebrate the graduation of its first Couch to 5k participants on Wednesday evening. Over the nine-week course, the graduates’ determination was rewarded, with all progressing from being non-runners to being able to run 5k. The club looks forward to supporting many of these new runners on their continuing running journey on club nights and also wishes them the very best for their first race at the May Fair 5k (May 28).
