Athletics: Sperrin Harriers’ Gallagher and Fowley fill the top spots at Loughry College

A great turnout of nearly 40 runners took part at last week’s Parkrun around Loughry Grounds, beside the Mid-Ulster Sports Arena.

This week Donal Gallagher was in 1st place in 17:53, closely followed Aidan O’Hagan 18:02 and Ashley Crawford 18:07.

The first lady to cross the line was Carla Fowley 23:56, Nicola Rea finished 2nd in 26:22 and 3rd was Briege McCann 32:53.
