Broughshane PFA singles tournament: entries now being taken

ENTRIES are now being taken for the annual Broughshane Playing Fields Association bowling tournament, which begins in the Community Centre on Friday, January 28.

Following on from the success of last year’s competition, the event will again be run on a singles format

Play will continue each night of the following week, with the finals night on Saturday, February 5.

The main sponsors of the event are Wrightbus Ltd, while a number of other businesses and individuals are also providing financial backing.

Entry fee is £3.50 per person with entries going to Elsa Scott on 028 2564 1852.

Last year’s tournament was won by Stephen Sewell, of Ardenlee.
