Cowboys back in training

And they are appealing for any new players to come along as they begin their build-up to the 2013 IAFL season.

Training is at Lismore Sports Campus and begins at 12pm sharp and finishes at 3pm.

All new potential players are very welcome to come and try out, all experience and backgrounds are encouraged to try out the fastest growing sport in Ireland.

The club will provide the equipment needed, just bring along a pair of boots and be ready for the hardest hitting, quickest thinking, most dynamic sport there is.
