Dalriada Rugby get their season underway

Dalriada 1XV kicked off their season with had a tight game against Grosvenor at Saturday, ending up victorious kicking a late minute penalty to win 17-15.

The 2XV lost in a tight encounter 3-0 while all the junior teams won away in Belfast to give the upcoming rugby season a great starting boost.

Dalriada medallion took on Grosvenor and won the game 21-0.

Dalriada U13 were also away to Grosvenor on Saturday and got off to a sluggish start with the home side ending the first half on top with a score of 22-0. Dalriada began the second half with a renewed vigour, fighting back with the belief that they could salvage something from the game. Final score 22-31.
