Busy pre-season for Northend teams

WITH pre-season training now well underway, Northend United Youth are looking forward to fielding six teams for the 2010/11 season, in addition to having an over-subscribed Mini Soccer Academy.

The U10 team will play in the George Best Castlereagh League, four teams from U11 to U14 age groups will play in the Belfast and East Antrim Invitational Youth League and the U15 team will play in the South Belfast Youth League.

As always, Northend would encourage anyone interested in playing in these teams to come along to pre-season training where an open door policy is always maintained.

Pre-season training continues as follows: U10s 2001s Mon 2nd August Showgrounds Pitch 3 6.30–8pm; U11s 2000s Mon 2nd August Showgrounds Pitch 3 6.30–8pm; U12s 1999s Mon 2nd August Dunfane Pitch 1 7–8.30pm; U13s 1998s Mon 2nd August Dunfane Pitch 1 7–8.30pm; U14s 1997s Mon 2nd August Showgrounds Pitch 3 7.30–9pm; U15s 1996s Mon 2nd August Showgrounds Pitch 3 7.30–9pm.

COMMITTEE MEETING

A Committee Meeting has been arranged for Tuesday 27th July to discuss arrangements for the 2010/11 season. All members are to attend.
