McCourt pulls out of NI squad
EX-DERRY City winger Paddy McCourt has pulled out of the Northern Ireland squad for this Wednesday night’s friendly against Finland.
The Celtic man has a groin problem and another former Brandywell favourite Niall McGinn, who had been called up to the squad, has also been ruled out as a result of an ankle injury while playing for Aberdeen on Saturday, also out is Aaron Hughes (ankle) and Ryan McLaughlin (hip).
Trio Will Grigg, Sammy Clingan and Josh Carson have been called up to the squad for the game.
