Gers’ winning run remains intact
Champions Thatch Bar had a busy week, squeezing in two fixtures, but they recorded impressive scorelines in both as their respective opponents - No. 1 Reds and L.I.P.S. ‘A’ - had limited impact on the outcome.
At Inver Park the visitors St Comgall’s chalked up the top scoreline of the week with an emphatic 14-1 result from a team full of confidence. The Inver men only had a solitary frame to show for their efforts.

Hide AdIbrox’s precision finishing made it a comfortable evening at the Blues as they closed it out in two sessions.
The Blues won a high percentage of lags but could not follow it up. Robert Hawkins took three frames and was well supported in a comprehensive display.
The No.1 Club was a hive of activity with the Reds taking the honours in the function room against Alex Irvine’s team as they bounced back from their tussle with Thatch Bar. The Feathers played host to Lumford and Sons and gave them little encouragement to shine as they were solid throughout for a deserved success with them another side in a fine spell of form at present.
The Football Supporters are still striving to seal a positive home result after Station Bar again won on the road, which now makes it three on the spin for them.
