Sponsorship boost for Co Antrim open pairs tournament

ENTRIES are now being taken for the County Antrim open pairs short mat tournament.

The event, which is sponsored by Bairds Undertakers and NFU Mutual, will take place at the Jim Baker stadium on Thursday, February 21; Friday, February 22; and Saturday, February 23 (both afternoon and evening sessions) with the finals night being held on Tuesday, February 26.

Players will be competing to try and take the title from Joe and Pauline Beattie who were the inaugural winners of the competition last season and followed it up with success in the Champion of Champions pairs in October
