Breaking: Police helicopter involved after serious crash in Mid Ulster
Within the last 24-hours alone, PSNI Cookstown have reported that they dealt with several road traffic collisions, including one so serious that it required the assistance of the police helicopter.

They said on their Facebook page: “In the last 24 hours we have dealt with several thefts, anti social behaviour incidents, loose animals, lost property, criminal damages, reports of suspicious activity, assisting vulnerable members of the community, welfare issues, community engagements and several RTC’s including a serious incident where we were assisted by the police helicopter and the NIFRS using specialist heating seeking camera equipment.
