Coalisland man to contest drugs dealing charges
Charges involving the alleged possession and intent to supply the Class B drugs cannabis are to be contested, East Tyrone Magistrates Court has been told.
Conor Patrick Steven Mallon (31) from Ardnaskea Park, Coalisland, but currently in custody on unrelated matters, denies the offences which relate to a detection on Valentine’s Day 2012.
He further denies being concerned in the supply of the drugs.
A defence solicitor entered not guilty pleas to all charges on his client’s behalf. District Judge John Meehan listed a contest for hearing on September 12.
