Motorists are advised the traffic signals are out at present on the Carrickblacker Road and Bridge Street junction in Portadown.
Trafficwatch NI says road users should approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop and give way as necessary.
It’s a similar warning for drivers in Armagh City where the traffic signals are out at the junction of Nursery Rd with Windmill Hill.
