Two fire crews were tasked to deal with a crash involving a car with trailer containing a large quantity of fuel on Friday afternoon on the Dungannon by-pass.

A spokesperson from NIFRS said firefighters used a halligan bar to access the fuel before covering it in foam to prevent a fuel leak. No one was injured in the one-vehicle incident, which took place just after 1pm.

“One Fire Appliance from Dungannon and one Fire Appliance from Clogher were deployed to the scene,” they said.
