Canning rolls back the years at Prehen

Dermot Canning (6) rolled back the years in great style when taking both the best gross and overall best nett places in the prestigious Head Professional Sam Smallwoods sponsored competition at Prehen, on Saturday.

One of the club’s leading players back in the eighties Dermot relived those halcyon days going round in a one under par gross round and 43 points. Second was Aldwyn Leckey (11) and Aaron King was third.
